The Covenants and Restrictions (C&Rs) for our neighborhood are found below, in the original version as adopted in the 1980’s. These original versions were reformatted into a modern font and are available for reading online:

The Marketable Record Title Act required revitalization (renewal) of these original C&Rs, and accordingly, our HOA revitalized in 2019. The revitalized official governing documents for our neighborhood are mirror copies of the online versions mentioned above, and were recorded with the Clerk of Courts on July 12, 2019.
After the revitalization of our original C&Rs, they were updated by majority vote of the homeowners on November 22, 2021.
