The Board is seeking feedback from our Membership regarding a refresh of our Covenants and Restrictions (C&Rs).

The following links will open each Article in another tab. You can highlight a portion of the Article, and click the plus sign next to the text to make comment(s), rebuttals and recommended changes.

Once feedback has been received, all proposed changes and comments will be consolidated into a final DRAFT version for review and discussion in a public meeting to allow for final comment. Any and all changes will require a 2/3rds vote of the members in good standing to pass.
